Teaching science is my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else!  This is my 15th year of teaching and I am thrilled to be a Golden Eagle!  Throughout my career, I have taught:  7th and 8th grade Science,  Physical Science, Biology, Honors Biology, Earth/Environmental Science, AP Environmental Science, and IB Environmental Systems and Societies SL.  I am teaching Biology this year!

 

In 2005, I married my high school sweetheart.  We have two English Springer Spaniels (Bailey and Clancy), a Chihuahua (Lacy), a tarantula, a turtle, seven lizards, an axolotl, a toad, and fish...We love animals!  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets, fishing, going to the zoo, and attending DU hockey games (Go Pioneers!!!).
